Q: I'm flying into Tampa Airport, how do I know if the Limousine company I picked is ligitimate?
A: All limosine companies picking up at Tampa Airport MUST have two Permits the first being the Hillsborough County Transportation Permit and the second being the Tampa Airport permit. Both have to be displayed on the rear window of the car. With out these permits the service is illegal. When calling for a reservation ask the company if they have the Hillsborough County and Airport permits.
Q: How much more does it cost to take a Town Car Service than a Taxi?
A: When traveling within 15 Miles of the Airport the cost will be slightly higher than a Taxi.
If you are traveling longer distances the cost is usually lower than a Taxi. The longer the distance the bigger the savings. PLUS you know what you are paying when you make the reservation, this eliminates a driver taking you the long way to jack up the price and heavy traffic causing a price increase.
